Europe Open License
There will only be one type of license, the Europe Open license. This license will allow riders to participate in events listed on the FMB and FIM Europe calendars and also includes individual insurance during practice sessions in Europe. All Classic Bike license holders are insured (individual accident insurance) :
– during their participation in events listed on the FMB calendar (in Belgium and abroad)
– during their participation in events abroad listed on the FIM Europe Open calendar (website:
www.fim-europe.com – sport section – Vintage racing – open calendar)
– during their participation in free practice sessions in Belgium and abroad – 24H/24H insurance
License holders will be able to subscribe to a Civil Liability Option valid during practice sessions on permanent circuits in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. This option avoids having to purchase an FFM ‘Circuit Pass’ for practice sessions in France. A specific certificate will be issued with the license.
The FMB, Motorsport Vlaanderen, and the FMWB have developed a digital application for sports and leisure license applications. You can install this “My FMB-BMB” application on your computer or laptop (Windows PC) using the link published on the FMB homepage or via the following link: http://fmb-bmb.magelan.be/
Applicants for an annual 2025 license must be in order (complete file submitted to the FA and payment registered by the latter) by Monday noon before an event taking place the following weekend.
